Mick hosted our party for dinning in the dark. It was an amazing experience! Mick & the team were so accommodating and made our night so much fun.
This is a fantastic experience there is no blindfolds. I have been to one in London and this is just as good if not better. Mick you are a wonderful host. The food was amazing and we will be back.
Definitely recommend everyone try at least once. The host and staff were incredibly polite and well mannered. The food portions were a tad small, but still delicious. Overall a very pleasant establishment and unique experience in Brisbane.
Loved this, dining in the dark, not blind folded. Lots of laughs, the waiters were very patient and attentive. The food was delicious. Lots of fun would highly recommend this experience.
Me and my partner had “Dining in the dark” experience here. It was really good! It’s actually in the dark space not with the blindfold like the other place that you can have a little peak🙈 The waiter in the dark will wear the gaggles. Love the vibes, love the staff at front very detail to explain the whole process. Just some more details can work on, such as when you go inside the dark, hope the waiter can describe where is chair instead of saying nothing but no it’s wrong , since I’m the second people to sit down. Also I got hit by plates in my head, I know maybe it happens, but it was quite hurtful. Overall I’ll still come back, I like the whole experience , like you can guess what we’re you eating in the dark, open your imagination also to enhance your palate. Fun to go on a date definitely.
The most fun you can have in the dark with your clothes on…..the host was so welcoming, scored myself a hug on arrival!, staff accomodating, food delicious-although I had no idea what I was eating- and the story behind the whole concept was heartfelt. Wonderful experience, the rest of my family have been since.
I've been to Dining in the Dark 5 times now, every time was awesome! You're truly in pitch black, no blindfolds needed here! The staff are welcoming and attentive, whether you're after another drink or need to step out momentarily help is always on hand. While it is a set menu it can be adapted for dietary requirements and they have a great system in place to make sure you feel comfortable that what you're eating meets those requirements. Highly recommend for an intimate and quirky date or group event. This is a must do in Brisbane!
Dining in the Dark – Woolloongabba What an incredible and unique experience! My husband was gifted a night at Dining in the Dark by his coworkers to celebrate his 50th birthday, and it was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Mick and his amazing team made us feel welcome and completely immersed in the experience. The concept of dining in complete darkness was both fun and surprisingly insightful. Mick explained the process clearly, and the pre-set 3-course meal was a delicious mystery. As total foodies, we had fun guessing what was on each plate—some guesses were spot on, others kept us guessing until the big reveal at the end! I loved being able to dig in with my fingers to feel the textures, while my husband impressively managed with cutlery despite not being able to see a thing. The staff were attentive, entertaining, and made sure the whole evening was smooth and enjoyable. Arrive early to grab a drink and take in the historical photos of the area—it adds a lovely touch to the night. Highly recommend this as a fun and delicious date night or a catch-up with your bestie. A truly memorable way to celebrate a special occasion!

Had my son's 21st here, providing Fine Dining with the concept of eating in complete darkness that heightens your senses of taste and smell, Was a fabulous and enjoyable experience, The Manager and waiting staff provided excellent service. It was amazing how they wear night vision goggles, that we got to try out, wouldn't be easy to serve your customers like this 😁🤗
